QUOTE MTF has appointed European Multilateral Clearing Facility (EMCF) as central counterparty for all trades executed on QUOTE MTF.
Each Subscriber has to provide for the Clearing and Settlement of his trades executed on QUOTE MTF. Each Subscriber has to have a clearing relationship. This can be either through a direct relation with EMCF or through the use of a General Clearing Member.
